Tell us what you need

Complete the short request form below. Let us know how many people you are feeding and any dietary or allergy needs.

We prepare your parcel

Our volunteers put together a balanced parcel of food and essentials, with care taken over any dietary needs you tell us about — whether religious, cultural, medical or personal.

Collect or receive it

Pop by on Sunday between 11am and noon, or ask us to deliver if getting to us is difficult.

Choose whichever works best for you. If your situation makes collecting difficult, please do ask for delivery — that is exactly what it is there for.

Sunday pick-up

Parcels are ready to collect every Sunday. Come along during the collection hour — there is no appointment needed.

  • Please submit your request before Sunday so we can have your parcel ready.
  • A friend or family member is welcome to collect on your behalf.
Delivery

Can’t get to us?

If you have no means of collecting — illness, disability, no transport, or caring responsibilities — we can bring your parcel to you.

  • Tick the delivery option on the request form, or email us.
  • Share your address and a contact number so we can arrange a time.
  • Delivery is offered within our local area, subject to volunteer availability.

Run by the community, for the community

Eastway Food Bank is run by Fulwood Community Interest Company — a not-for-profit set up to benefit local people. Every parcel is put together by volunteers, and any income we receive goes back into feeding and supporting our neighbours across Fulwood and Preston.

We welcome everyone, whatever their background or circumstances, and we treat every person who comes to us with respect.

Eastway Food Bank runs on the generosity of local people. Every pound goes directly into preparing and delivering parcels — there are no shareholders, and our volunteers give their time freely.

Whether a regular standing order or a one-off gift, your contribution keeps the shelves stocked and the parcels going out.
